  • Do I have to rent for a certain period of time?
    • No, you can rent month to month with no contract locking you into any time frame. You are free to stay for as long as you would like and are free to leave at any point.
  • I get off work late and will need to access my unit at odd times. Do you offer after-hour access?
    • Yes! Our gate at Stor4You on Mohns Hill and our secured electronic doors at Stor4You North on Bernville Road can be accessed from 6 a.m. - 9 p.m. daily, with extended hours upon request.
  • What are your office hours?
    • Stor4You Mohns Hill OFFICE hours are 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday and 8 a.m. - Noon on Saturdays. Other times are by appointment. Please call 610-796-2006
    • Stor4You North Bernville Road OFFICE hours are 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday - Friday and 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Other times are by appointment. Please call 610-927-5500
    • Stor4You Shillington Road is by appointment, please call 610-796-2006.
    • Rent (under Availability and Prices) or pay (under My Account in top right corner) on-line 24 hours a day/365 days a year.
  • Do you have boat and RV parking?
    • Yes! Our facility at Mohns Hill Road offers outside parking. Call or email the site for specific pricing and availability.
  • Who has access to the gate?
    • ONLY current tenants who have paid rent on time have access to the gate. We also allow each tenant to specify authorized users so that they can have family and friends help with their move.
  • Who has access to my unit?
    • Only those who you give your specific gate code to may access the facility. We do not keep copies of keys to your own locks so only those who you give a key to may actually enter into your unit.
  • What about these storage wars that I see on TV, do you do that?
    • No, we respect the privacy of our clients. However, if a client does default or abandon his/her storage locker we may auction the contents of that/those lockers, but only after we have exhausted our resources in trying to collect what is in arrears. These auctions, by law, must be advertised in the local newspaper. We only do 2 of these type auctions a year.
  • Do you accept deliveries?
    • Yes, upon signing an appropriate waiver, we will accept small package delivery in the office, after which, we will contact the client letting them know they have packages waiting in the office for them. On occasion and again with the appropriate waiver signed, we will place the packages in the client’s units for them. _Please note Stor4You Mohns Hill AND Stor4You North Bernville Road both accept deliveries_
  • Are you tractor trailer accessible?
    • Yes, we have several units that are easily accessible. Plus all of our isles are wide for large trucks, such as tractor trailers to pass through. However, we do try to reserve the units closest to the front gate for business that have a multitude of tractor trailer deliveries.
  • What about large deliveries with tractor trailers, will you accept them?
    • For larger deliveries, the client or a representative of that client must be here when delivery is made. Usually, arrangements can be made with the delivery company for them to call ahead of delivery so that someone can be here to accept the larger delivery right into the appropriate units.
  • Do you have snow removal services?
    • Stor4You managers and their representatives take the initiative to plow and shovel the isles, lots, and walkways.
  • Do you have dollies or hand carts?
    • Yes.
  • Do you have elevators or stairs?
    • All of the storage lockers at Stor4You Self Storage are ground level. Eliminating the need for elevators or stairs. Please see our photos.
  • Is there pest control in place?
    • Yes, Stor4You managers and their representatives take the initiative to consistently treat, bait, and spray for all kinds of pests. Because of this, we have not ever had an issue with pest damage or infestation.
  • Is insurance offered on my stored items?
    • For an additional cost, we offer insurance through a specialty third party self storage insurance company called Storsmart Insurance. There are various coverage options (starting at $2,000) and prices (starting at $9 per month) available.
  • Am I required to purchase insurance?
    • No. We strongly encourage you to investigate your own homeowner's or renter's insurance company for coverage while storing with us. If not, for a small additional premium they may cover what you would store in an off site facility.
  • What towns are you close to?
    • We are close to many local towns and boroughs such as Reading, Sinking Spring, Reinholds, Wyomissing, Mohnton, Wernersville, West Lawn, Leesport, Bernville, Spring Ridge, Tuckerton, Temple, and Laureldale.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    • We accept all major forms of credit cards, checks, money orders, and of course cash. No matter which facility you renting at, you can come into either office (Mohns Hill or Bernville Road), drop a check in our drop boxes at either office, call us at 610-796-2006 with a valid credit card, pay securely on-line ("Make a Payment" in the upper right corner of website), or set your account to be paid by automatic withdrawal (either in person or on our secure website).
